How to Exercise with a Trampoline

You should always start by assuming a relaxed position. Keep your feet hip width apart, shoulders down and back, tummy tight and start to bounce with both feet firmly on the trampoline, just swinging your arms. This will get you warmed up and familiarized with the trampoline and work on your stability and balance. Now you can slowly start to walk, march, run and jump.
